Inondations après la tempête Kirk à La Loupe : "c'était impressionnant"

A La Loupe (Eure-et-Loir) la tempête Kirk a amené son lot d'inondations. Le secteurs des étangs du Gasloup et la rue de la Grande Fontaine ont été particulièrement touchés.
