Liévin. Interpellé après un refus d'obtempérer, le jeune conducteur devient incontrôlable au commissariat

Ce mardi 24 septembre 2024, un jeune conducteur a commis un refus d'obtempérer à Liévin (Pas-de-Calais). Il a ensuite été incontrôlable après son transport au commissariat.
